New Features in OK! Private Internet Banking and OK! Mobile Banking

Here are the new features on the OK! Bank Indonesia :

Terms of use of each feature:

1. The Mobile Banking application needs to be updated first through the Play Store (Android) or AppStore (iOS).

2. Block ATM Card

a) ATM cards that can be blocked are ATM cards that are already active.

b) If the ATM Card is not yet active, the PIN change can only be done at the EDC machine

  or OK Bank ATM machine.

3. Change PIN

a) Change of PIN can only be done for ATM Cards that are already active.

b) Inactive ATM cards, PIN changes can only be done at the EDC machine or

 OK Bank ATM machine.

4. Dormant Account Activation

a) Activation in Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking can only be done if the account

      the dorm is connected to an active ATM card.

b) If the dorm account is not connected to an active ATM card, then activate it

     can only be done at the account opening branch.

c) If the dormant account that has been activated is not made a transaction within 24

      hours, the dormant account that has been active will return to being dormant.
